Six years of partnership, one unforgettable day: this summer, we were invited for the first time to mip's annual team event – with team challenges, a barbecue by the water, and plenty of summer vibes.
Six years of partnership, one special day
For six years now, we at TIME4DIGITAL have been working closely with our partners at mip. Over time, a simple business relationship has grown into a genuine partnership built on trust, exchange, and yes, friendship too. That's why we were especially pleased to be invited, for the first time this year, to mip's annual team event.
A day by the water instead of at the desk
This year's event took place at the idyllic Lake Langwieder on the outskirts of Munich, with a boathouse right on the water as the backdrop. Under bright sunshine and summer temperatures, we traded screens and meetings for fresh air, great conversations, and plenty of good spirits for a day.
We were simply happy to be there. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with open arms – everyone was so friendly, open, and welcoming that the day felt less like a corporate event and more like a get-together among good friends.
You can tell that behind this collaboration, on both sides, are real people with real enthusiasm.
Team challenges that bring people together
The highlight of the day was a big team challenge, with several groups competing in creative disciplines – skill, strategic thinking, plenty of teamwork, and lots of laughter were all part of it. There was scheming, cheering, and encouragement all around, and even though one team ended up narrowly in the lead, for us the shared fun was clearly what mattered most.
A special highlight for us: this time, our colleague Joanna joined for the very first time. She took the opportunity to roam the day with a camera and capture some wonderful team photos – of both our TIME4DIGITAL team and our friends at mip. We can't wait to share these memories with you.
Barbecue and sunset
We wrapped up the day with a relaxed barbecue right by the lakeshore as the sun slowly set. Over good food and even better conversations, one thing quickly became clear: moments like these are what truly bring a partnership to life.
Six years of partnership – and no end in sight
Virtual collaboration, calls, and project tools have long been part of our everyday lives. But days like this one show once again: nothing replaces personal exchange, spontaneous conversations by the grill, and shared experiences outside the daily work routine.
We'd like to thank mip warmly for the invitation to a truly wonderful team event, and we're looking forward to many more shared years full of exciting projects – and hopefully another reunion at Lake Langwieder.
